STEAMED MALUNGGAY CAKE


Here are the ingredients:

- 1/4 cup Malunggay leaves
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1/2 cup Birch Tree powdered milk
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- cheese for toppings

Procedure:

1. Mix everything until well combined.
2. You may crush the malunggay leaves but that's optional.
3. Steam for 10 minutes.
4. Top with cheese.
5. Steam again for another 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Let it cool.
